Does anyone at HP have any thoughts on the latest round of talks I have heard went on this past Thursday between CWA and some HP higher ups concerning HP working US flights and vice versa? I for one can not see how we should/would let them do this to us-we recieved no raise due to contract negotiations yet we prob. are going to have to work these flights next to someone who is making double that we are! I am guessing we will have no recourse as we currently have to do what we are told or else... I am not whining and don't want to start the flinging of nasty opinions...I have heard for the past 7 years that I chose this job knowing the pay. Yes, I did. And I choose to stay because I enjoy-for the most part- what I do----serve the customer. I know the US has taken concession after concession and I feel for them...and NW and AA/TWA...we could never take one because we do not make enough to fill our gas tanks as of late!!! Anyone have an opinion??? Or thoughts....
