and when you post the pay raises that DL's non-pilot personnel got side by side with what the pilots got, it will be obvious the pilots got a few percent more for the pleasure of allowing the company to add more large RJs. they allowed outsourcing of work they want to do.

suppose Kevvie can give you a call and tell you when he got pay raises? there were a lot so make sure he doesn't miss any.

I don't care what you or 700 seem to think, DL's non-contract employees received pay raises every year that the pilots did and the difference between pilot and non-pilot salaries was not more than a few percent.

If the employees got either a 3% or 4% raise for a two year period that is 6% or 8% unlike the pilots who received almost 20% in the same time frame.

how you can be so confused about what the non-contract personnel got when you are fixated by what the pilots got is beyond me.

the 20% came over several years... you have NEVER properly cited the exact time period over which that pay came.

how for the 16th time, would you kindly post the dates and raises for pilot personnel and then put the nonpilot raises next to it?


if you did, it would be clear that your statements are incorrect... but it is undoubtedly specifically because if you saw the facts, it would prove your case is a whole lot weaker than you think.

Kev why are IAM activists using their DL pass privileges for travel related to the IAM drive? Is HDQ aware of this? Why aren't they taking corrective actuon?

This is against the DL nonrev terms and I hope appropriate action is being taken. I don't have access to Extranet/Travelnet/dlnet.delta.com or other DL systems how would I prove it?
