well, yes, DL employees DO care because they get profit sharing.
DL employees get a HELLUVA lot more profit sharing than their peers at AA and US.
If you'd like to compare what Richard Anderson gets compared to Parker and Horton's crowd, we can go there but I can absolutely assure you that you will lose any argument in which you try to argue that DL execs got more in the last year than AA/US execs did.

And the only change that DL employees have had regarding profit sharing is increasing amounts year after year after year - while AA and US unions decided to walk away from it.
If you are so worried about profit sharing, why didn't your union reps get that message.
