Kev,PS: when I was an IAM member (and an elected official, for that matter), I spoke out about several things. Nothing ever came of it. I think this is another example of the fear mongering you & I detest...
No I want YOU to compare work rules. You must know them because you constantly tell us Delta has it better. So again, a comparison. What is good and bad about Delta's FAs What is good and bad about AA's FAs...WorldTraveler said:they are available on the same DOT sourced sites that I have shown to you before.
but once again, DL FAs have been told that the APFA negotiated industry leading compensation agreements.
where is the proof that is true from the union advocates who made that claim.
even by the same average compensation claims that 700 posted, that isn't true.
it is precisely that kind of lying that DL FAs have to watch very closely.
their livelihood depends on what they do with unions that claim they have delivered something which they clearly have not.
Nothing I love more than the old UNION DUES OMG!!!! propaganda.BABABOOY said:

Yes, we know..........union, good.............company, bad!AdAstraPerAspera said:
When the balloting happens, you won't have a vote in it.
I hope the IAM wins just to spite you.

waiting for the comparisons between DL and AA FAs........WorldTraveler said:it's notable that there is precisely ONE person who participates on this forum who will actually vote in the FA election - and he/she is against.
given that Mike Campbell's playbook has worked, no one expects it to be abandoned just because someone else is making the calls.
not only is there not a single FA in senior leadership at the Machinists union but there is very little of the dues that DL FAs can control; the vast majority of the money goes to national.
Same here. Ideally one that includes entry/mid scale/ TOS numbers...topDawg said:waiting for the comparisons between DL and AA FAs........
quite deflecting and answer the question.WorldTraveler said:actually, we all will know.
if the DL FAs want representation, that is their choice.
they need right now to know that the IAM is a power-hungry dues-collecting organization that like 700 can't stand dissension.
