PS: when I was an IAM member (and an elected official, for that matter), I spoke out about several things. Nothing ever came of it. I think this is another example of the fear mongering you & I detest...
Kev,
were you ever paid in any capacity for your efforts as a union leader or does that domain belong only to 700?

as for what you spoke out about, do you really expect that every time or someone else complains about something, life will change?

honestly?

meanwhile, how about that stack of grievances that you say DL blew off? what makes you think it can't happen again?

they are available on the same DOT sourced sites that I have shown to you before.

but once again, DL FAs have been told that the APFA negotiated industry leading compensation agreements.

where is the proof that is true from the union advocates who made that claim.

even by the same average compensation claims that 700 posted, that isn't true.

it is precisely that kind of lying that DL FAs have to watch very closely.

their livelihood depends on what they do with unions that claim they have delivered something which they clearly have not.
No I want YOU to compare work rules. You must know them because you constantly tell us Delta has it better. So again, a comparison. What is good and bad about Delta's FAs What is good and bad about AA's FAs...

So.....without scrolling through all the union propaganda, provided by someone (cough, cough) not associated with a union or an airline.....when's the vote?

When the balloting happens, you won't have a vote in it.

I hope the IAM wins just to spite you.

Yes, we know..........union, good.............company, bad!
When the balloting happens, 700 won't have a vote in it either but, he's here and I don't hear you bitchin' and moanin' about that!

it's notable that there is precisely ONE person who participates on this forum who will actually vote in the FA election - and he/she is against.

given that Mike Campbell's playbook has worked, no one expects it to be abandoned just because someone else is making the calls.

not only is there not a single FA in senior leadership at the Machinists union but there is very little of the dues that DL FAs can control; the vast majority of the money goes to national.

and its precisely one out of a large number of FAs who will vote one way or another   and while we know the one will vote NO you never will know how many will VOTE YEA or NA and the outcome cld very well be REPRESENTATION by the IAM  or it may not be..   We shall know come this spring

waiting for the comparisons between DL and AA FAs........

actually, we all will know.

if the DL FAs want representation, that is their choice.

they need right now to know that the IAM is a power-hungry dues-collecting organization that like 700 can't stand dissension.

kev  dawg  no point in waiting for the numbers...   the dude has no balls to provide with ACTUAL FACTS   just made up crap if that..
