There arent three different pay scales for Flight Attendants at unionized airlines, there is ONE pay scale.
 
Lets see before 2013 DL paid out 15% in profit sharing, in 2013 DL cut your payout form 15% to 10% that is a fact which is a 33% reduction in payout.
 
So I take it you are the one who is pulling crap out of the air.

This has been covered over and over, and you say you been at DL for 25 years and you dont even know what they are doing to your pay, benefits and profit sharing?
 
The only reason you got 16.5% this year is DL topped over $1 billion in profits.

From the NMB Representation manual:
 
Confidentiality of Authorizations
Authorizations will be handled only by NMB representatives. The NMB keeps all authorizations confidential. This includes the names of individuals who have signed authorizations and the number of authorizations submitted. The carrier or opposing party or parties should not be privy to the number or percentage of authorizations furnished.
 

Therefore: ANY supervisor coming in to a briefing and stating they KNOW there are forged authorization cards, is in the simplest of terms A LIAR. If they are lying about this, what else are they lying about? and why is the company approving/supporting and requesting they do this?

Would you explain to the 25 year DL FA about how, what and when DL did your profit sharing for the payout starting for the year 2013 which was paid out last year in 2014.

and you conveniently leave out they gave us the 5% raise that year they reduced profit sharing %.
again we came out WAY ahead.
also i believe I received 16% of my YEARLY Salary was 16% MORE than you!
and Delta contributed 1.1 Billion.  How much did YOUR company?

when an the IAM calls and states 
that "your card" is expiring and you need to sign another one
or 
you receive a letter stating that your "card is about to expire"
and the person NEVER signed one in the first place.  There is a problem.
 
You are truly clueless.
 
The IAM prints the cards, gets them signed and the IAM sends them in to the NMB.
 
So of course the IAM knows who signed a card, they are the ones getting them signed.
 
You make this so easy.
 
Educate yourself on the process.

Let me explain this to you for the 13th time, the IAM knows the NMB will match every single signature on an A-Card to the name and signature list DL is required to send to the NMB, do you really think anyone from the IAM would forge a card knowing they are going to be verified?

The "problem" is a person probably got contacted by mistake. I believe there was either 1 or 2 "blasts" that went out that contacted some people erroneously?

You were schooled on this before but I don't have time to go over the 300+ pages
to refresh your memory.  But   Simply they didn't take something that I never had.
But they gave us a 5% raise.
and it is sad that you are so blind that I'm doing pretty damn good at Delta.
again how much PS did you receive?  How well is YOUR company doing?
I'll tune in to see your answers when I get in.  Its early here and I have a pick up in a couple of hrs.

more than one person.  and YES IT DID HAPPEN.
