Baba ... Just wondered.. How many non DL fight attendants work on DL flights(not non US)?Has DL threaten to do this? By the way each time DL stops a beyond NRT flight that uses let's say Beijing FA's and they are not needed anymore that job goes to lod FA from US.

Guess you never been in a union nor in negotiations, it takes TWO parties to reach an agreement.

 
And once the union is on property then its overwhelmingly difficult and nearly impossible to get them out. So then people are stuck.

to REPLACE RJ's.
these a/c are creating mainline F/A's jobs.
The trend has been reversing over the years. More Mainline, less RJ's. FACT

Love working the 717-especially over the CRJ 700 or 900.

Too bad it hasn't correlated into more jobs on the ACS side...

No Delta has Never threatened this.
with SEA ramping up, many Delta F/A jobs are being added taking away from Foriegn based F/A's.
Delta is  IN sourcing jobs.
