And DL can only muster 4 FAs.

And I have posted plenty of pictures with numerous PRO-Union DL FAs, if you mind cant comprehend what you see, thats on you.

Lets see if you can understand this, over 12,000 DL FAs signed cards out of 20,000 and more are coming in every day.
Why do you care?

You arent a DL FA, let them make their choice, someone in an engine shop isnt a FA nor has a say in what happens with the FAs, they will decide their future, not you, and not I.

If a person that doesn't represent the IAM , nor work at said airline can come here and spread propaganda, I'll be damned if I can't come here to refute it!
At least I have a vested interest in what happens at DL......what's your excuse?

Refute?

What are you refuting?

The only thing you show is your lack of comprehension.

I Thought that no one knows yet  IF 12,000 F/A's actually signed cards.
They may have 12,000 signed cards but its looking like NOT
12,000 f/a's signed them.

Looking like?

Read Section 3.5 of the NMB Representation Manual, its all confidential.

Yep, kinda suspect, whenever I ask the resident union organizer here, how many cards have been signed, his reply is that is double super, top secret sh!t, that "ONLY" the IAM is privy to, yet we now have magical number of 12,000 floating around!

I am not an organizer for the IAM.

Try again.

You really should try and educate yourself, instead of making yourself look ignorant.

The IAM was given the cards by the DL FAs who signed them, they kept a database of who signed, they were IAM A-Cards so the IAM knows, the NMB policy states as follows:

3.5
Confidentiality of Authorizations
Authorizations will be handled only by NMB representatives.
The NMB keeps all authorizations confidential.

This includes the names of individuals who have signed authorizations and the number of authorizations submitted. The carrier or opposing party or parties should not be privy to the number or percentage of authorizations furnished

So the NMB makes the rules, their authority comes from the Railway Labor Act, cards have always and will always be confidential.

Maybe you should call the NMB and they can educate you.

FWIW i haven't seen anything official(much less public)

but as soon as I do I will be more than happy to start a thread on it and be more than happy to say I was wrong.
the letter has been made available to the larger DL community

those who know where to look can find it.

great news for DL TechOps, great news for all DL people, and great news for ATL which will continue to be the home to the western hemisphere's largest airline MRO operation.

and the announcement proves that DL once again does a better job of investing in opportunities that secure the future for its people and DL people do best when unions aren't involved in the process.

So your claim of  12,000 F/A's signing cards just isn't true is it?
They "may" have 12,000 cards signed but do they have 12,000
f/a's who signed cards?  There is a difference.

The IAM filed for an election with over 12,000 cards signed by DL FAs.

You will see when the NMB announces the election soon.

And what does the allegations about something two years ago with the IBT have to do with the IAM?

Keep reaching and grasping, your fear and desperation grow with each post.

12,000 of your coworkers and counting want an election to become represented.
