Guilty! On December 17, 2012, in the United States District Court, Mark Morgan, former Secretary-Treasurer of Machinists Lodge 2584, was sentenced to three years of probation including eight months of home detention with electronic monitoring. Morgan was also ordered to pay $17,616.70 in restitution and a $100 special assessment. On August 20, 2012, Morgan pled guilty to one count of embezzling union funds, in violation of 29 U.S.C. 501©.

what matters is honesty... something neither you or the IAM are capable of showing.. .because if you were, you would include accurate PAID salaries including DL's profit sharing which makes its employees better paid than any of the legacies.

and how about you show us the pay raises and compensation raises that the Machinists union has negotiated that exceed what DL employees have actually received.

It would have to be an empty post which is something you can't counter when faced with the facts of how much better DL employees have it than their peers at other airlines.

The ramp just got a 9.53% raise last September, as did maintenance, DL only gives out a 2%-4% raise.
