And look at the PMUS CBAS, best out there hmm, and it's an IAM Contract

Who said it was easy?

Nothing of value ever is...
I'm talking about the ability of the NMB to declare that the election will happen.

There is nothing "of value"

it has to do with them getting it right.

And the reason why we have heard no more about FAs challenging their names is because all of the information has presumably been passed to and is being processed by the NMB

as for AA and US, they clearly run a much smaller operation if it takes just one ML flight per day and yet AA/US have fewer cities with their own BW people than DL does.

and we haven't even gotten to above wing.

can you help us out with the 3 month period when you stopped your union campaign and "gave DL a chance?"

if in your adolescent maturity 3 months was too long, then tell us what period of time you did give DL.

thanks for staying focused on the subject.

1 M/L a day for threshold is certainly nice...

And that includes AA metal also.

Even better.

I'm sure that that brings tears of joy to your United "brothers"...

actually I do get the gist of the discussion, Kevin.

you are the one that made the statement that you gave DL a chance... if you didn't want the subject to be about you, then why did you make the statement?

and it is convenient for you to now choose to want to generalize the discussion now that you are being asked when you actually did give DL a chance.

And since you speak in the royal "we" how many other people have equally given DL a chance and what evidence do you have of their efforts?

PMUS CWA represented employees kept at most US cities during both CH 11 trips and still are mainline folks to this day   add in AA  and its quite larger than you will ever ever admit in your life time    Back to the IAM contract PMUS got the best scope   After all  the IAM learned after the disasterous contract at UA     While the IAM should have never ever accepted that contract in the first place and while they should have never recommended it  ultimately the membership decided at that time the money was worth more than scope   Clearly they voted the money  not the scope   Too bad at DL not the entire ramp is completely mainline as the cheerleader thinks it is.

and again, DL's non-contract people have been riding the coattails of organized labor without paying dues and with the threat (there's your threat, Kev) to the company of unionizing

when the non-contract employees decide to unionize, they will be treated by the rules of the market which says that there is no shortage of people willing to do contract work at far lower wages than DL rampers make.

You seem to HOPE - and there is no evidence in fact - that DL will treat its rampers and FAs - for whom there are many lower cost alternatives - the same as they have treated pilots for which is an industry shortage.

there is no rational economic reason why any non-contract DL employee would give up a system that works for them only to chase a HOPE that is not based on reality.
ah back to the butt hurt.

no you didn't, Kevin

tell us ANY 3 month period when you stopped posting pro-union, anti-company material even on this site.

You can't and you won't because you have never stopped.

you came to DL with the intention of implanting NW's contentious culture at DL.

There is a reason why remnants of NW's identity exist SOLELY in a museum and NW's  Board recognized that the merger would succeed ONLY if NW's identity was eradicated.

If you and your peers want to bring back the IAM which was voted out in one election after the other, including at NW maintenance before DL was ever part of the story, then the cost will be the highest total compensation which DL employees have enjoyed  compared to AA and UA employees and the fastest growth in compensation of any US airlines.

if you want to cut your pay to NW levels in order to make you feel better about coming to work, go for it.

I feel pretty certain that when the NMB actualy verifies if there are enough valid cards to call an election, DL will make it very clear what is really at stake
Butt hurt
butt hurt everywhere.

As it is, Kev I don't believe you haven't given Delta a chance. The fact that you don't kiss the companies ass isn't a terrible thing.

Gave you give us a time that you weren't trying to force Delta propaganda down our throats.......and if we didn't take it then you threaten to go running to mommy?

and tell me why you stuck around for all of this years hating your employer?

I can almost give Kev a little bit of a break... he was dragged into a merger which he didn't want and said so before it ever happened.

You came to DL by choice. what did you honestly think you would find? and why if it has been so bad have you stuck around?
