and I am sure there are pro-IAM DL employees who would obtain and pass their coworkers' personal identification information to the IAM as well.

why does the IAM not realize that it looks bad at the least when it uses non-public information as part of its campaign and why should DL employees not be really concerned about the IAM's willingness to use that information with no clear regard for what is public and what is not, regardless of whether DL employees posted it outside of DL internal systems or not?

DL is simply saying that 1. jumpseating passengers in either cabin must be boarded using DL's automated procedures and 2. if FAs board early, they have to assist with the boarding process because you can't sit on a jumpseat during the boarding process.

it says nothing about staffing and nothing about the cockpit jumpseat

and why does an IAM advocate have access to a DL internal memo?
I am not an IAM advocate,I am not working the campaign.

Why does a FORMER DL early outer care what REAL DL Employees who are FAs want?

It's not the IAM posting these things...

what is unreal is you taking it upon yourself to question the procedures of a company that you don't work for, never have, and you have no clue as to why DL is doing what it is doing.
Interesting, you do this every day !!!!!!!!!

no one said that PS doesn't exist in CBAs. We've talked plenty about the PS that WN employees have.

but I can assure you that no other PS plan in the airline industry is paying as much as DL is paying now.

and again, it is simply miraculous how hard the IAM has tried to ignore PS as part of DL employee compensation until it might be changed and also to drag out how much PS NW paid.

Tell us, Kevin, how much PS did you receive at the max payout of your time at NW?

as for what else shows up on the internet, no one has doubted that there are DL employees who have leaked that information.

but it should raise no fewer eyebrows that those same employees could do it with other information such as employee numbers that are used as part of IAM surveys, for instance, even though the IAM has no business with DL employee personal identifying information. EVER.

but all we hear is that it must have been anti-union DL employees who sabotaged the card drive.... and yet we've seen no evidence that pro-company employees ever passed along non-public information to anyone.

things that make you go hmmm...

Anyone know if the pilots are allowed to board early when jump seating?
Yes. ..
And your arguments and concerns are rediculuce and just another baseless concern. This has been the policy for years. But then that was DL and WAL . We worked with each other not against. NWA and usair not so much.

Then why are you posting all of your c....?

Because the DL FAs want a union and approached the IAM, why are you against them having the same rights as you since you are unionized and work under a CBA?

It's their choice not yours or mine.
