No votes for either group post-merger...
calling it like I see it.WorldTraveler said:We could start with your insinuations that I have anything to do with or any allegiance to any executives at DL, past, present, or future.
no i can accept it just fine.WorldTraveler said:You and a whole lot of other people can't accept that DL's OWN PEOPLE have decided they don't want further unionization.
so far that is correct. I have no problem with it at all.WorldTraveler said:I predicted it would happen at the time of the NW merger.
Some of you can't accept that I was right and there simply is no sugarcoating the fact that I have been right
and if it does you will want Delta to punish those employees and try as hard as they can to habe piss poor labor relations because you are butt hurt.WorldTraveler said:If that changes, by all means, let's go from there.
I just call it like I see it. You understand that NO ONE has said I'm wrong? At the end of the day you paint yourself in that color.WorldTraveler said:But to continue to paint me every color except the truth because you don't like what I have to say speaks far more loudly about you than me.
You did not answer my question.WorldTraveler said:and yes there are federal documents - to which I have posted the file numbers -that show what the IAM has spent in pay (not just expenses) to Delta Air Lines employees.
I'm not paint anything or justifying anything.WorldTraveler said:I'm sure you and others will try to justify that expense somehow but I can't for the life of me figure why an active DL employee should be receiving pay from the IAM for any reason other than that they are paid organizers.
for you it clearly is.townpete said:The group who stood to gain millions in dues $$$.
Its not that hard to figure out.
second,Kev3188 said:Why not?
The IAM could cure cancer tomorrow, and the company would be the first in line to condemn it...
WorldTraveler said:All the I AM has to do is provide a compelling case for representing DL employees but they simply have not. Leave cancer cures to people who know how to do that.
DL people have no interest in further unions
And if you want to forget the past and nearly a dozen no votes as part of the merger then don't be surprised if DL people are even more emboldened that they want to ensure NW unions and labor relations are never seen at DL
