Give it a rest already. As far as the arbitrations Your track record speaks for itself. You didn't arbitrate when
you were the President of the TWU so what makes you think your qualified to do it now. End of story
as far as the infighting pal your the one that wants to go against everything the majority of the membership
wants. the East extended its hand and wanted to WORK with PHX . unfortunately YOU didn't see enough
"whats in it for me" to want to do that. SO you flipped to the other team . Again you made your bed
with KA and MW now sleep tight.
reminds me of the Bad News Bears. Little Tommy decided to hold the ball on the mound and let the
Bears round the bases. Now little Tommy wants the chance to pitch in the World Series. Sorry Tommy

Based on personal actions and a lack of experience, I don't think PR will be able to help the ND although it's nice for PR to offer his assistance. Now he's complaining about the idea of RR being the PHX guy??? Sheesh.
Also, PHX isn't entitled to having anyone on the negotiations team.
There are 35 stations and Mr Delaney has been disrespected by the PHX leadership. If RR is moved up then maybe if he works good in a team concept then maybe he can be on the negotiations team. But it's Mr Delaney's sole and exclusive right to put likeminded elected LC on the negotiations team. Mr Delaney takes a good 'sample' from hubs, focus stations, and small stations. IMO, PHX will have do the math a bit better. Their complaints against NH are baseless and their continue pissing and moaning is not going to get them any favors.
Look at UA. IAD is a big hub but pissed and moaned for two years. Should we be surprised that IAD has taken itself out of participation on the negotiations team at UA? I think not. On the other hand, the LC of hubs like ORD, SFO, DEN were key supporters and didn't throw their station under the bus.
Small scale supporters like OMA, BUF, and EWR were also rewarded by becoming a part of the 'small station' sample. Remember, there are 35 US AIRWAYS stations so nobody is entitled, only a 'sample' of stations will be represented.
As far as hubs, I'm thinking PHL, CLT, then throw in the LAS leadership to represent the west by default, LGA, and a few small samples. That's my feeling and I could be wrong but it makes no sense for someone to think that any President of any group, nation, or company will put cabinet members on his staff that are discontents, backbiters, piss & moaners, and cry babies of yesteryear.
Again, my hope is that PHX starts working with all the other stations. On the other hand, if PHX wants to continue listening to Larry and Curly and their piss and moan show then that's fine. Other stations will continue to fill in the gaps.
And as far as all those grievances piled up, it has nothing to do with politics, every station has arbitration cases piled up. So PHX should stop thinking it is above all other stations.
