This is starting to remind me of our old PHL Chairman JH. This guy went on here thumping his chest saying listen to me and where is he today???? He's gone the membership saw thru him and tossed him right outta office. He didn't listen and didn't work well with others therefore he was removed. Shortly after that President RC was removed and all of his pawns. We now have positioned ourselves with better representation bettter communication better leadership because we work with the district not against it....

PREZ has stated he doesn't want to negotiate for, will not you travel for you, can't arbitrate for you, supports more UA people over US, and in the end all he want is to come on here pointing fingers?

PHX membership could do the same thing or they can sit on the side lines during the next few years while other stations negotiate our next contract....

What a sad station to work in to have this kind of situation on local representation....

While I wont draw a definite conclusion until I give him time to answer, I tend to agree with you. I personaly believe if someone is truly there for the membership like P Rez says he is. Then you let the membership truly decide by letting them learn and hear from both sides. If the ND10 team has done such a bad job in phx then let them face the membership. I remember a few years ago in clt. The ND08 teams biggest allies, and the GC biggest allies were the people that were the old RC boys. All we had to do, is let them try to tell the membership how good of a job they had been doing. Their work spoke for itself. And then to listen to them try to tell the membership about how they were there for them, well lets just say that there wasnt much campaining needed to be done.

Are the timbers that are shoring up the boulder the local support of your Leadership? Is it faltering... perhaps weakening... ready to structurally fail?

I thought I would give it a try. While I have read a lot on here, I thought since I hadnt ask him that many questions then he might answer. I still think he will. How about it P Rez. I know you can answer two simple questions for me?

I am going to take a different approach here. Some of you may agree some of you may disagree. We will see. We are all under the impression that PREZ is speaking for all of the PHX GC. Let's find out. I will ask CL. So CL here are some hard questions for you. I hope you can answer them.

1. Did the PHX GC escort a UA AGC around US property? IF so, why?
2. Do you agree with anything PREZ has posted on these boards?
3. Do you take issue with PREZ with the way he went about telling half truths, and implying on here that the ND is making deals, with no facts to back up his statements?
4. Does the PHX GC support RR.
5. Do you support the District and the ND team?

And PREZ, these questions are for CL only, you have shown us that you are incapable of giving a straight answer. I am hoping CL can.

And CL, I am not trying to call you out here, I am just trying to find out if the entire GC in PHX has the same views as PREZ does.

OMAN,
JH is no longer with US, he once was the next in line to be an AGC but he supported RC over the membership JH decision was un-wise. The membership rebelled and JH was tossed out. He was not a bad guy out of work but he made some really bad choices for the membership for his personal gain, In the end he went back to working a normal shift dropped out of the steward ranks then took an early out, we miss him in the fish bowl.....

One thing is for sure, PHX is an island along with MCI. In looking for west leadership I think you got to focus on the stations that have taken the lead like LAS and SAN. In the East, I think LGA, MCO, BOS (SM only), DCA should be looked at since each of these stations have taken strong leadership roles and did very little piss and moaning. Maybe another one from here but looks like CLT has enough reps now. After all of these are taken care of then maybe the ND can look towards PHX, LAX, PIT or some other minor station.

Read carefully. The VP 1 and 2 did the grievances under our structure. They were BB, JM and JN. Also, I am not saying anything about RR when I say that I am interested in helping in arbitrations. Helping the membership with regards to loss of jobs etc. Not trying to take any jobs or political positions from anyone. I am not interested in the travel associated with those positions.
