It will take more than just the seniority list to trigger OEI - there are alot of things that have to be put in place at the same time - some of it is no where near getting done.
Could be the challange time frame for the "list". Work has been pulled from Ala. Pit has been doing 757 C's and Bridge cks on AWA buses. Clt has been full. Pit has had drop in 737 for Blk head and landing gear. They (73's) had been scheduled for Clt. Pit has also been running a rib 5 line bore (AD) and gear changes. So the 50% of hours should be close. My guess would be the pay role and H/R computer systems. If it works like the rest of the mtc systems ,it could be next contract !! :blink:There is also scope issues that have to be met
