There is no transition agreement, DL is non-union, so what are you actually talking about?

And DL has nothing to do with what happens with the US M&R Group.

As you can see they are going no where fast.
 
Probably cost effective to drag out implementing a new trans-agreement as long as possible 😉

Otherwise,if it would save the company monies,they would have done it two weeks ago :lol:
 
I know it would cause more problems than it would be worth, but out of curiousity I'd like to see this "discussion document" from the company for myself. Just to get a better feel for the company's position. I understand that it's negotiations, but the short and vague bulletins from the District usually leave more questions than answers.
 
They are usually written that way as if they give specifics and things change the membership gets on the union instead of the company.
