A west friend of mine who is in the loop but wasn't actually there said that Parker danced around the issue of appeal, but seemed to backtrack on actually "accepting" the Nic. Been waiting to watch myself because uhaul has proven to be a liar.

yeah what was sent to me was about the same. Do not have it in front of me atm, but pwhen asked parker said something to the effect of "Silver chose not to settle the SLI issue" but as you said what i have seems to indicate that Parker has no intention of trying to force the NIC. The fact that he made the statement about no hiring on the west and no recalls in 2013 indicates to me that he figures the issue is closed and he is focused on the AA deal. I think he already knows what the plans for PHX are if the deal goes through and is planning accordingly.

Interested to see the video also to see the whole thing.

I have not seen the video yet but did receive notes about it from a buddy the night of the town hall.

No mention of any appeal by Parker.

The one thing I found interesting is in the Q-A part when somebody asked if the west would be hiring in 2013 and Parker stated, no we are over staffed by about 50 to 60 and the few retiring from the west in 2013 are less than that. The audience member then asked if they would recall in 2013 and Parker said "No"

Found it interesting that Parker didn't even try to sugarcoat it. Just flat out told the furloughees they are out of luck in 2013.

Parker is taking on an entirely new tone. He is sick and tired of the pilot labor issue. It has been decided by the courts. The Nic is dead, and everybody but Leonidas is moving on. And they are out of money. The Nov meet and greet is a last ditch effort to raise some cash.

Parker was totally embarassed by the West pilots. He must have been wondering what the hell the FAA was thinking when those idiots checked off the depression section on the Class 1 and said they never had it. It has set in big time now. You guys better be honest when you check off the box.

U Haul is totally off the rails.

I would think that poster's Boeingboy (Former Piedmont pilot) and 767jetz (UAL)and other Delta pilots who posted on this board and encouraged Move's behavior, abandonment after the Judge Silver's order is a loud silence.

If they cared they would be on here supporting Move2clt.

OK! You keep thinking that.

Just to prove me wrong how about posting the judges order for the hearing Nov 2 or 3 for the PBGC case. How about an update explaining what the DOL is investigating for the pension.

Let's see what kind of clue you have.

First of all, I said Nov 2 or 3rd because I don't recall the exact date.

Secondly, I was trying to provide a little info as to where things stand. However, I have changed my mind, because, basically, it's none of your business.....and you're just trying to use it to be an ###.

So, you can just kiss this one!

That explains the hostility of Move2Clt, Nic4 and Cleardirect. They are looking at another solid year of more off. Maybe more. If AA goes, maybe ten years.

Looks like Claxon and luv have quite the circle-jerk going.
Here is the liar. Tell us about Parker. The truth or go to your room, no dinner.
Zantop is starting up again, flying Hyundai parts from Ypslanti to Zimbabwe. Better drop off an app.

You really believe an appeal isn't coming? An east friend of mine who is also in the loop says Hummel has been told to expect an appeal. The company is giving USAPA a chance to blink in the 30 day window but you know how that's going to go.

Actually, you can't. You've kept the Nic off property by avoiding a requirement of the TA that allows it to be implemented. By doing so, you've paid for that with a decade of LOA93.

And with your majority, your union, running the show I'd say your side has completely failed.

You really can't spin this one.

LOA 93 is not the West pilot's cross to bear. It is not spin to say that the West group has not been any more successful implementing the NIC then the East group has DOH.
