What the USHEEPLE supporters don't understand is the significant difference between what is proposed and ratified and what is actually allowed. The court will allow them to point the gun at their head and pull the trigger, but once they have crossed that line, the courts will decide if Binding Arbitration is a concept worth preserving.

I can see the reasoning behind the 9th not prohibiting any proposal, but they have not said they would permit any outcome. Pulling that trigger is a necessity to prove definitively that the west has been harmed by the actions (as opposed to the intentions) of the east.

From that point we will be able to quantify the damage to each west pilot reaching back to the codification of DOH in the C&BL's and then the collective load will be dropped in the pants of the east.
