Aww man....this is not another one of those "April" episodes is it? I hate when shows do that...lead you to believe that some big thing is coming up next week, then when you watch its just another product placement ad trying to get you to send donations to some orginization.

Bad faith is but one of three DFR triggers. You forgot arbitrary or discriminatory. Do you think a fake union formed AFTER THE ARBITRATION to....get this....Arbitrarily reorder the seniority list to the sole benefit to the East and the sole DISCRIMINATORY harm to the West can be viewed an " arbitrary or discriminatory" act?

What did a Jury say about that? How long did it take them to get to that conclusion? How do you think DFR 2.0 will go?

The other two qualifiers are nonevents. Thanks for at least knowing there are three. The logic on DOH is so strong on the other two that they do not need mention. As to that Cirk'de Wake a few years back, it never happened. So said the Ninth. Poof. Gone. You will not be citing anything from that struck down fiasco in any court going forward. Ever. That's funny. Addington has been brought up, front and center every trip to court since. Not by USTUPID of course, the Judges themselves. It's all there. Go ahead. Read it. If the DOH logic was so bullet proof, Nicolau would have delivered for you. Neither have the 4 seniority integrations via arbitrator since either. Did you know Delta and Northwest merged? If you listened to just USTUPID, YOU WOULDN'T KNOW THAT AS THEY REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE DAL/NWA MERGER EVER HAPPENED.....gee....wonder why....

The only harm to the west has been not being able to take east jobs. Something they never had so it's not really harm at all! You guys should be happy. You make the big money and have PHX all to yourselves, yet you whine on the boards like there's no tomorrow. You should ask Parker to sell you. You could then go back to ALPA and get a contract similar to Delta, but better!

Speaking of USAPA, are we taking advantage of this record profit window we're in to negotiate a better contract? No? Way to go easties.

His legacy of Franke Air has been carried on. Still a sordid history, and still the worst airline for employees throughout the industry. This pilot fiasco is the perfect example of the dysfunction.

Oh yes the mythical 5 years upgrade. Calling BS. In the next 5 years the east has 800 retirements. Between the bottom captain and Dave Odell there are over 1200 pilots. Between the east junior captain there are 900 F/O's senior to him. Not all of those retirements are active and not all of those retirements are captains. Stand alone a new hire is looking at at least 10 years without some event happening like a merger. So anyone that says 5 years upgrade is full of crap.

Your right, bottom 190 Captain in PHL in the last bid is a CEL pilot east seniority number 3197. January 2011 East hire date pilot is number 3360. New hires in the last bid were only 163 numbers from 190 C/O. They should be able to hold it this year! That would be less then 3 year upgrade! No BS!

Justin Bular has much better prospects for Capt. now than most western div. f/o s. Most of the sons of the management pilots have already left the 190 and are on the A 320.

AAAAnd baring a merger, in five years the east will be at Delta flight attendant wages. Most the west FOs will be at other carriers while the west captains keep the east on LOA93. How's that for your scenario?
