Would the third parties decision be final and binding or would you deny the bet if you lost?

It would be determined by what laughably passes for "gun cameras" = onboard video, and done purely for sport. Up for it clear?...or are you just another little westie "hero" with a big mouth yourself? 🙂...or even a west "dire wolf"...(shudder)? 🙂

I thought you had quit responding to me. To help understand the post, it means the west has always known even before the NIC award came out, that a contract would have to be ratified to make any list operationally usable. The chances of this happening were made clear very early on(hand face up). The west chose to let it all ride. Not saying whether that was smart or not. Hey, you took a chance, but that was by choice.

And you guys chose LOA93 over the Nic. That was by choice as well.

Our new contract is just about complete and will soon be ready and waiting for the both of us. You won't have to worry about ratification.
