Dave Odell was on the list to report to class with other new hires effective October 2012 for an East pilot position.

I don't know the guy, and the last info I had was at least a year old.

First, I am pretty sure the training department has a don't ask don't tell policy regarding the seniority dispute and the eventual implementation of the Nic. If you have evidence of the training department fostering a hostile work environment, please bring it forward.

There's never a shortage of drama queens and melodramatic speech out west it seems. Some "war". I've yet to so much as see a casualty report for a hangnail or even a paper cut.

Ironically Franke prototype west pilot, nic4us, did threaten a job action for turkey day on this very forum. Ironically when the ,East pilots were accused of the same, west pilots did everything they could to write up east planes they "thought" were slowing down last year and forwarding the info to the company, In fact former america west alpa chairman John McIlvenna stood up in a crew meeting with the company president and accused the east pilots of slowing down. These were false accusations.

In the following video they make fun of the east pilots accused of slowing last year and called Southwest Airline Pilots suckers. west pilot video is perplexing to say the least.

American Airline Pilots be cautious in your dealing with the west, besides their threats of suing you.
