Perhaps I'm being a bit naive here, but I wouldn't pack any such frets along with me were I to go to PHX.

I can be optimistic about moving to CLT, being a 757 captain and moving on with our situation. I can do so while being aware of possible threats to my well being. I have absolutely no concern about any easthole making me look incompetent but at the same time can be concerned for an unoccupied car in a parking lot or a house under construction when no one is around.

You have no need to "pack frets" when you come to PHX because we're a good bunch out here and I am willing to bet you don't have a lifelong friend from AWA warning you otherwise.

You can be sure that I am no nutjob and I don't think you are a concern to my house or car. I am sure, however, that you are a class A asswipe.

I agree, I would have had no problem staying. Even though the pay was ridiculous, PHX was a cheap place to live. I just decided to take the first major job that came along which was Usairways and NWA during the same week. Why didn't I take NWA? Minneapolis and Detroit didn't appeal to me and there was other reasons.....like they charged for commuting.....j/s was an issue. There are a lot of good people there.

Sure, it's ok to condemn me but eastus is free to rant his obtuse bs at will. I'll tell you what. If you are so concerned about being nice on the holidays then why don't you eastholes accept your commitment to the binding arbitration which is the center of our problem. How can you commit to something that is a falsehood? Binding arbitration? It isn't binding. Had it been a fair proposal, you might have gotten a deal. You got a windfall, and did not do the right thing and rectify it. You should have been the first to realize you got more than you should have, and corrected it.

Reordering a previously ratified list does not pass muster with the courts, except in one case...putting scabs at the bottom. ALPA did just that in the mid-eighties at UAL, and it survived a trip to SCOTUS. Is that what you suggest? Greeter
