Face it, you got totally in over your collective heads with your ill gotten WINDFALL. You have no legal recourse now. You have been outmaneuvered time and again in court. Now it comes down to accusations of feet stomping. ALPA had it right from the first. You were too stupid to listen to the first admonition of warning. It all came true. Everything ALPA warned about was right on the money. Millions of dollars later, stupid videos, jumpseat denials, Leonidas mailers, Cactus pins, and it all boils down to a lack of understanding about the simple fact you never understood the basic tenets of collective bargaining and seniority. Now you will suffer the consequences. You get exactly what is coming to those who fail to compromise. If you were any kind of representative you would be honest with your constituents and tell them the truth. Instead you lead them on, and give money to lawyers for another failed endeavor. Pathetic. Criminal would be closer to it actually.

You honestly should be sued for incompetency by your membership. Could you imagine going into court talking about Popeye when you were faced with the fact you were ill prepared to represent your membership by failing to understand simple labor issues and seniority? How many judges and courts does it take telling you the Nic is nothing but a seniority proposal until you get it? First the 9th and now Silver. And you continue on. Criminal. Then you go talking about David and God in the context of this entire matter. Warren Jeffs comes to mind. Get real, and face the fact you are incompetent to represent your pilots and step down.

Your first indiscretion was trying to put Joe Monda beneath a new hire. He had 17 yrs continuous service. Never even furloughed. And you saw no issue with that? And that is bullies forcing their will on a smaller group??? Man up and admit your scheme was pathetically unethical. Quit trying to blame others when you started the entire mess.
