$2Mil (AOL's mighty effort over several years) is 0.1% of $2 Billion (the synergy DUI claims, every year)

If DUI is only 20% correct, then the synergy is $400 mill.. every year.

$2Mil is 0.5% of $400Mil, and if you are unable to grasp this math, it is no wonder you appear to be in denial.

I'd feel privileged to discuss Mr. Nicolau's service with the Mighty Eighth with him, which not only was well before my time, but exceeded anything I personally experienced = No Luftwaffe/etc. That his arbitration product is insane in my opinion? = Certainly! I just read woody’s rant. It reads as if he is begging the west to stop, give up, concede to usapa. (Never going to happen) If he believes he is winning why worry about it?

What is the problem boys? You guys figuring out that what judge Silver did and what the union told you are two different things? That by dismissing because of ripeness it does not get you any closer to slithering out of the arbitration.

While usapa may have the right to try and negotiate something other than the Nicolau they don’t have the ability or anyone to negotiate with. The west is not going to negotiate. The company does not have to negotiate for seniority. That is up to the NMB and so far the NMB has been unwilling to waste their time with the legal question still hanging out there.

Perhaps you have seen the light that the ninth got their decision wrong and the not ripe ruling does not move up forward or settle the question.

If you guys were winning why so angry? Why not be gracious winners instead of all the name calling and antagonistic posts?
