As for "Give it a minute and you'll find out." Well...has it escaped your attention that such processes (even if generated) generally take years....and not "...a minute..."?

The company will appeal judge Silvers ruling. What is that based on? Pilots overhearing Robert Siegel telling Marty Harper see you at the ninth.

Why would the company appeal her ruling. For the same reason the filed the DJ, it buys Parker another 2 years of delay. So no it did not escape our attention that an appeal takes years. Exactly what Parker is looking for, delay. When usapa comes begging to negotiate for DOH Parker can just say hey it is still in the courts, we have no answer or waiver of liability. Beside working on a merger here go away.

IT IS ORDERED Counts I and III of the complaint are dismissed and judgment is
entered in favor of US Airline Pilots Association on Count II of the complaint. US Airline

provided it is supported by a legitimate union purpose.

Pretty much spells it out. There is NO DFR if there is a legitimate union purpose. I stated two of them. I'm sure there will be others.

I can't even imagine any more truly compelling, legal grounds for an appeal than that. One can only believe that the 9th would be equally impressed.

Read the what Judge Silver said in her judgement, and good luck trying to sue the company. It's very clear from Judge Silver and the Ninth Circuit decision that Nicolau is in no way set in stone as being the only "fair" resolution.

Indeed. Ponder that a bit further before imagining the nic to be set in stone anywhere....even a dismissed one. It's my honest opinion that the dismissal on ripeness alone just served to give your bunch ample foundation for enduring delusions...as did the sad little circus that was Wake's it's self.
