Spelling the word thought, versus actually being capable of one, aren't one and the same 😉
Or are they? You seem to contradict yourself with the posts you make.

While your "middle ground"..umm..."compromise" would place a 3 month, new-hire over a person with 17 years of unbroken service. I'd suggest that a wee bit more devoted research into the definition and philosophy of "middle ground" would prove beneficial for you.
On a slightly more caustic note; I remember chat snippets from as far back as the winter of 2007, when you were joyously and loudly throwing out such delectable barbs as "Ho, Ho, Ho! St. Nic is coming to town!" How's that "middle ground" of yours actually been working out for you?
Where on your seniority list was your 17 year guy again?

I agree, the APA would not be pleased if they took it that far and got "NICKED"!
Not my opinion. That is judge Silvers learned opinion.
You are wAAy out in legal "never, never land" with that theory! But hey, why not go with it. Could I interest you in a handful of "magic beans" for that cow?
Feel free to hob-nob with your fellow wizards, those amongst the nicster-cult's most truly devout, to your heart's content with that BS. Imo; no, even SLIGHTLY sane human being, would/could ever imagine placing a person with a whopping 3 months over one with 17 years unbroken service. That some can even begin to warp their heads around such an obvious absurdity will unfailingly serve to both amaze and amuse.
A 19 year old and a 2 year old toddler walk to the front door. Both are then in the same relative position at that point in time. Which one is and should (sanely speaking for a moment here, if at all possible) be considered senior? If the 19 year old lifts the 2 year old up onto their shoulders, and a "snapshot in time" is then taken; should the toddler be magically made forever "senior"...? 😉 Before any excessive splutttering ensues as to that not at all being comparable to the nic mess....well....I say to that relative is relative....period. If you think my example is completely absurd...then how is it even possible for you to NOT find the nic equally absurd...? 😉
Talk to the man that created the list.
.... that is not the west problem....
Furloughed is furloughed, ....too damn bad.
Oh! Was that you in the pink tutu with your boxing gloves?....and you wonder why I was shaking my head? 😉

Just nevermind.....
"You FOOLS always resort to name calling.." Don't you see any problem with that statement? Which side of this fight regularly uses "scab, scumbag, thieves" etc?
You really should give EAP a call.

None of that matters nor does Nic. We have moved WAY past that stuff.that was all Nic junk and that doesn t matter anymore.
You're the guy tracking my every post. Show me where I called you any of those things. You eastholes are fools, however. Those are two words I use regularly because it's not namecalling when it is a given fact. Like it or not the world sees you as the biggest fools in the industry.
