Who saved who. Nick is it. All dead issues. The only chess move left on Marty's side is whether an appeal is filed. I personally hope it happens, makes USAPA's job much easier. Too much work to do if some give and take is entered into, and we all know Marty then does not get paid.

If that is the case it is just more delay. Parker does not want to make a decision. So we are down to 2 choices. Usapa accepts the Nicolau or we all wait for the merger. If there is no merger there will not be a contract.

Ask usapa for the letters exchanged. The west will not negotiate for seniority.

Usapa is stuck.

Question. What leverage does usapa have to get the company to accept anything other than the Nicolau?
