...- but the west would have preferred your liquidation over saving your job.

I'm never thrilled, or made even the least bit happy about the thought of anyone being out of a job myself, whether west-east or anywhere...but...I suppose it's been enough years now to forget what it was like to ever be an entirely self-centered, sometimes-vindictive adolescent that fantasized the world to revolve around my petty little notions.

How long ago did you vote on USAPA? How long have had the majority? How long have you been on LOA93? How much has it cost you?

That was fun.

"have had" = have you had. That was fun! Now back to your room and STFU!

What could possibly be more "fair and equitable" than placing people who's company didn't even then exist ahead of others already on the line for a few years? You just can't make that kind of insanity up and expect people not to laugh. 😉

What about a company that was about to liquidate?

Probably the same relative seniority, right Pi?

Relative to what? Total positions? Widebodys brought to the merger? Everything is relative.

I was just answering pre's question with some reference to west pilots.

that tells an outsider all that needs to be known about the Nic

No, it doesn't. Outsiders don't need to no #### about this. An arbitrator looked at the facts presented by both east and west MCs and made a fair decision.

What does that say about the east argument presented during the arbitration?

...unless it's a west pilot who brought a job to this merger.

Are there any of those that could not now be working? Have those unfortunately furloughed, not been afforded the opportunity to work in the east? The west posters have often proven themselves most exuberant in casting aspersions regarding issues of indivdual responsibility and personal choices.....So....What's your supposed point here?
