I, boo boo, have done nothing regarding this list. WE have our lists merged via an arbitration process WE both agreed to. The ARBITRATOR the WE both AGREED on used facts presented by both your side and my side which include career expectations sans a merger. That means that Nicolau extrapolated the chances of you liquidating as being nearly 100% and that's easily confirmed by pulling up various documents/reports off of the internet.

So I don't feel the entitlement you do. You think that this new list should have fixed your miserable career and you're pissed because it didn't. So if anyone is feeling entitled, its you boo boo.

The process was mutually agreed to as was the choice of arbitrator who saw fit to slot us in the fairest way.

Actually, they aren't. The west guy sitting beside the bottom A330 captain on the Nic has a better relative position on the west list than the A330 captain does on the east. Remember that 517 boost? But, speaking of that, how come we got the top 517 positions, despite that I ended up at about the same over all relative position?
