I think one critical bullet point missing in this, which the 9th recognized, is that USAPA also inherited the process which ALPA was actively employing -- that is to render a ratifiable agreement.

I'd have to believe this was ruled totally by emotion and not humanity. With the cards she's already dealt, certainly the author of this post would risk it all to carry this child out of a burning aircraft if he sat in the seat next to her and had listened to her story.

This pretty much sums up the type of indviduals that make up AWA, not only scabs but just real low class trash. Try to keep it amongst us. You better learn to count your blessings boy, things can happen at anytime to anyone of us.

You really have to learn to listen, no problem here with LOA93, I'll survive and this it what the majority of pilots here voted for so we live with it, get it Bean, and not that much attrition up here near the top, but that's OK also you have to learn to be patient and wait your turn, something the westies have never seemed to learn.

And poor (Mr. my money is on Doug Parker) aka TB and all I want is to screw my fellow pilots so I can commute only 1 hour from SAN to PHX, sorry it's not going to happen for you, enjoy that long commute as for my 20 minutes to the field is fine.,

Just because it doesn't get you a one leg commute to PHX, doesn't mean those of us who haven't been senior here (ever), unlike you, who by virtue of the DOH merger PSA had with USAir, have been for decades, aren't damn glad to see movement in the right direction, even if it is on this piece of crap contract at this second rate airline.

I said that usapa is bound by ALPA merger policy. Truth. Judge Silver wrote that usapa is bound by the T/A. ALPA merger policy is specifically stated in the T/A as the method to be used. Therefore usapa is bound to use ALPA merger policy.

As someone pointed out the T/A can be changed. But it has not been. If you think usapa can get the company to agree to that change give it a try. But until then the contract says usapa must use ALPA merger policy. The merger policy created the Nicolau list.

Defines timelines and procedures. Usapa has an objective but how do you get there? Force is not an option. Negotiating a list and going to court later to determine if it is fair is not and option.
