I'm surprised it took this long. Curious to see what Isom does/doesn't do now that he's driving the truck.
Interestingly (or not), AA's Twitter account shows no mention of the news, but every where else sure does. Maybe they're waiting until after he's on Squawk Box?

American Airlines Announces Leadership Succession Plan
American Airlines Group Inc. (NASDAQ: AAL) today announced Doug Parker will retire as chief executive officer of American Airlines on March 31, 2022. Robert Isom, currently president of American, will succeed him.

I read today that Kirby is stepping down next year.
Just trading one overrated Exec. for another. Good to see the cheerleader E.E. steping down too. She had no business being an officer. Parker's management team was/is weak.
