* Available to the membership, including holidays when short staffing is crippling the airline, and the most junior members are being abused six ways from Sunday,
*Offer an LECP that has a good working relationship with local management, knows the contract, and has a history of helping many FA's through disciplinary proceedings,
*Officers that did not spend previous years writing monthly newsletters that essentially spewed HATE for the entire organization known as AFA,
*Officers that truly have a passion for unionism,
*An office with balanced seniority, from very senior (LECP) to very junior (LECVP),
*Officers that are not interested in fab ETB's to "stay in touch with the membership" (sorry, that one is one of my faves...),
*Officers that will collect the FPL that is
contractually due to them, not what management has agreed to offer them under the table,
*E-lines and communication more indepth than
"What time you go illegal on transatlantic",
*E- lines whatsoever (?)
