I have to say that I am very impressed with all T.G. has done thus far. I have to ask again....where oh where is our LECP? I just don't get it. I can't see what else is to come. Go geter T.G. ........ I for one will do what I can if need be. Signed my name already baby. :up:

If you notice my elines I always have 2 people polish or proof them before sending them out while I am right there. My mind goes so fast sometimes it's hard to articuate in words, ah we all have our faults. I have to stand alone sometimes with my work. Exactly. Maybe you can write a formal, polished, written apology to hp_fa so she/he can move on. I mean, after all, she/he would not want someone like "this" representing us! (Even though she has judged without meeting you....) 🙄

Today is September 19,2006 and we have 500 votes SOLID so Michael and I will be going to AFA International to present the charges to the Ethics Board. The date is September 28,2006 at 10:00 we will be taking the train. The process has been very eye-opening. We look forward to a positive outcome irregardless of which side claims victory.

Laura bid a line and then "laundered" her trip to someone on the ETB and back to herself thus scamming the system! I want all of you to CHEW on this 168hours,175hours,168hours,.................ALL for LA! She must be bringing in over 10 grand a month with those hours! It's all about $$$$$$ to her.

IMO, this is a major ethical issue for a union rep using the ETB (when the past method of flying an option did not permit the rep or any f/a to go over 105.

Only the officers in a big base like PHL (who has international flying) can collect 105 flight pay loss, not go in the office, and watch ETB and be the first to get their trip choice.

We are talking about $100,000 in pay a year. How can this officer be in touch with the financial struggles of the group for the past 3 years and effectively represent their members while making $100,000 this year?

Only the members of the base can decide if this is the type of rep they want and if the current LECP is truly available when they contact her with issues.

Unless the company offers "vacation fly back", it is literally impossible for a line f/a to receive an average of 170 hours per month flying company time and ETB. There is no way a typical line f/a can be legal for all those trips. If this is being reported, I think it unethical for a rep to be able to take advantage of union flight pay loss and then take trips on ETB yielding a monthly time of 170 International.

1. How much sick time did LA claim while she
was out for the month of December 2005?
2. Who gave her permission to do vacation fly back
while she was training in the AFA office I was the
instructor?
3. Where are my phone records for 2005 Dec And JAN
to show that I was working not her,while on
vacation.
4. I asked for her flight pay loss for the last 3
months so I can illustrate how she is a Primary on
the Block and then floats it out and turn it into
ETB...........170 hours while running the BIGGEST
Council!

Brian Morgan is answering the phones at AFA Council 70 and who is there to mentor him? I realize he is capable but he is on fresh grounds. You should be able to get what Laura submitted through the forms in sick in Dec.(if any) through the MEC Sec/Treas. What was her union flight time submission in Dec. If it shows 105 International all throug company flight pay loss, then she did not claim sick from her bank.
 
:down: :down: :down: :down: :down: :down: :down: :down: I have asked Sec Treasurer for all the information put everything into writing and by all Sources being STONEWALLED. It is 26th of September and still have not received the critical EVIDENCE I see my Attorney tomorrow and will proceed with the AFA Process then seek futher solutions EECC,NLRB,Mr. Collins,it will noet stop ABUSE will not be Tolerated at any LEVEL.
