Yep those are goons looking out for themselves huh HP?
There was a time for them back in the last century. But everything you mentioned was about 100 years ago. They have outlived themself.
An updated list of things the Union has gained for employees is:
Unpaid sick time
"Deep" vacation cuts
Complete loss of seniority if laid off
Second class pay system that the non-union companies haven't gone to yet.
Contracted out jobs
and last but not least, "Big union Boss paycheckS"
Workers aren't stupid that's why less than 8% of the private sector is union now.
