After I see FACTUAL evidence you have posted your bond of $10,000 I'll show you not one, but two hire and class dates from world class airlines. Guess what usless air was not one of them, I never wanted to be part of the most screwed up airline the world over.
BTW, better get used to posting bonds if you guys don't spouting off. For example, telling a federal judge you will appeal before you have even made it to trial- smart. How do you think he looks at that statement?

Okay, I'll be the first (although I don't get involved in these charades anyway). I would like to take the opportunity to wish EVERYONE!!!! a happy and blessed and safe and sane Merry Christmas and New Year. Aside from our problems here at Usairways, this country is "screwed up" and, somehow, someway, we need to come together to maintain our survivability. I have a New Year's resolution for ALL of us- We are ALL professionals! In 2009 Let's act like it. Happy Holidays and stay safe and I hope we can spend as much time with our loved ones that we can. Life is precious. Don't let it slip away.

I think the word in question is prohibited from use on the boards when it is aimed at an individual or group. I don't think Piedmont1984 used it in that context at all.

Its a waste of dues money and its costing individual west pilots thousands of dollars, some that are on furlough. This would be a good place "to come together to maintain our survivability".

The west pilots that are being sued committed criminal acts. The west pilots in question that committed these illegal acts were offered a plea bargain type agreement by USAPA to call and agree to pay a portion of the legal bill for the suit their criminal actions necessitated. They declined.

Wye river was a good place to come together in some type of nuetral ground, the west pilots declined. So Far this has caused them 175 furloughs, downgraded Captains, no joint contract, legal bills and retroactive dues for nine plus months.

In response to your post #225, I agree and apparently so does someone higher up the flight ops ladder. Hence the removal of derogatory displays in the Phoenix crew room. I am sure offending stickers and such will diminish as time goes on, especially if we start flying each others fleet.

If they committed criminal acts, why weren't they arrested?

In America, one is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

That case will get tossed AGAIN. Unfortunatly, it will cost the innocently named pilots alot of money.

Yes it has an ignore feature, for those that need this type of comfort. For instance, I would never put anyone on ignore, I do not consider this a trait that I respect. Fusapa has me on ignore when I try to reply to one of their comments I can not have their quote above it , I have to manually add it. There is one poster I told that I was going to ignore their posts because I was on the cornfield every time I debated with them, I never put them on ignore. I just ignored them.

They were not arrested because of the venue USAPA decided to take.
