Can anyone let me know where the mechs. are on this sick policy ? Thanks.

Sick time is one thing. Absenteeism another. Sick time is per the agreement. Absenteeism is by company policy. Each department sets their own absenteeism policy. Then you have FMLA. Which could be goverened by both the agreement, or the department policy. :huh:

Actually FMLA is a Federal Law and supercedes the CBA and Company Policies, US has to follow the guidelines set up in the Act.
