Actually I can handle "missteps" if that turns out to be the case, when it is finally resoved, which it is not.
The federal part of this case certainly is resolved. Now if USAPA wants to waste more money attacking the very pilots that it pretends to represent please continue to look foolish. Are you in the know? Is USAPA going to pursue this charade into state court? Inquiring minds want to know. But wait. USAPA does not want to harm anyone they just wanted the calls to stop. According to the update.
USAPA is happy to report that the weeks following the filing of the lawsuit saw a significant drop off in telephonic and electronic sabotage.
So what is it? Harass the west with more frivolous law suits or let it drop?
Much more preferable than stepping on one's own body parts, as AWAPPA exhibited in allowing it's membership to even engage in such activity.
What activity did AWAPPA “allow†someone to engage in? They never encouraged anyone to do anything.
The federal judge ruled that there was no RICO, no conspiracy. Only individuals that can understand what USAPA wants to do to the west careers and the lack of integrity to live up to ones agreements.
