I have a suggestion for you, that I encourage you to take:

Stop posting about things you know nothing about. The more you post about this topic, the worse you look.

Do us all a favor before you respond to this, read the west attorney's statement to the court earlier quoted...and read it slowly and carefully.
Then, read what U-turn, (who supports the west cause) comments about it...and he is correct.

Then come back here and preach to me about a pilot issue when you belong in an "under the wing" forum....no offense.

I’m no pilot (or lawyer , they should be one in the same at this company ) … but I’d say the west pilots have a pretty good “paper†trail to stand on … in both their written application , and the “electronic†variety in the form of months of infighting and insults listed on this website … it’s clear as day that the east pilots gave ALPA the boot to overturn the NIC award , and the paper trail on that is miles long … I wouldn’t be surprised if a studious west pilot had copied all of your “pilot†treads and will be brining them against you as evidence …

Hate to burst your bubble, but USAPA discourages (big time) any of its officers or reps posting here or other public forums. Pretty much everything said here by the easties is coming from plain old vanilla line dogs and has all the weight of a helium balloon. Let the westies copy EVERYTHING we say. They're wasting their time and energy because, even if USAviation.com were to release our names, they will find that no USAPA official has said squat here about anything.

So, studious west pilots all: Please go ahead and copy all of our pilot "treads" as freedom suggests. Print them out and use them for wallpaper. That's about the only productive thing they will do for you.

malicious? hey, based on the actions of some individuals, I say, if it continues...take them down, file it in a state venue, and 86 every one of them.
But thats not the suit I'm referring to, it's the DFR that AWAPPA has pinned all your hopes on...I mean, just as soon as the union signs a contract, AWAPPA is calling Dr. Freund...right? Well, I suggest you re-read the good doctors opinion of the Nic again.

Save your pennies....he's gonna take all of 'em...and you'll still pay dues to USAPA, or go down with your other buddies.

Just a heads up.

As far as costs go...why do you even care? I'm guessing you're one of the non-payers of dues...right? Not your money...and I couldn't care less how much it cost, my vote is to refile in NC if it continues...
