If not, when is the first non-dues paying west pilot scheduled to be terminated?

If terminated, where does relative seniority put a terminated west pilot on the final list?

I just read the judge's report. He dismissed all the Federal Charges with prejudice, but "the Plaintiff's remaining state law claims will be dismissed without prejudice so that these claims may be re-filed in the appropriate state court...the court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the Palintiff's state-law claims (Counts 3 through 11)...and accordingly, it is further ordered that these claims are dismissed without prejudice." The judge ruled on juridiction and whether the activities arose to a standard of RICO. USAPA lost on those two issues.

USAPA could refile in state court. And maybe they will. This may be far from over. But I think it's time for a time-out. USAPA made its point and the AWAPPA pranks have stopped. Snoop

I didn't think so. The next judge who hears your whining case, any judge be it federal or state, will see your transparent attempt to frame a west pilot for what it really is. You old men are pathetic.

Yes, this is true. These guys out east are an interesting example of derranged group think. I am sure USAPA will concoct something else to charge their false hopes again so all the NYCBusdrivers and AAA73s around here can continue to spew endless drivel in the cockpit to some poor fo paired up with them. SO there will probably be no relief because these guys are a never ending stream of "these westies are gonna get whats commin' to them with this new legal action USAPA's about to file... we gottem now!" bs. Chalk this up to one more failure from a failed pilot group. Remember the "they're going to jail for these criminal acts" statements by so many from the angry fo club? Well, what happened guys? Imagined injustices? The desired result was achieved. As for our collective problems, I don't see where my age or yours will have any bearing on the outcome to change our futures. Whether you like it or not, we are permanently intertwined one way or the other.

You're right about the secretaries though, I also make less than some secretaries in Herndon also. But then again, my dues money isn't going to support them anymore in the foreseeable future. And thats a good thing.

Lastly, You have no idea what my problems are. Never will. But whatever they are, they would have been compounded if ALPA had stayed on the property. That is what I know for a fact. So I will continue to support USAPA or anyone else for that matter over ALPA. Any day, anytime.
