It certainly was.I graduated high school in 1987... that was a good year!
Good luck.

'Kirby has made a very clear statement about framentation at a crew news. A number close to zero. It would be like trying to fragment Piedmont.
So yes I will take it as fact that we are not going to fragment. the facts are on my side as far as logistics.
If you think differently tell us how, who what, when and where. Hoping you guys go to another airline is not fact. Make your case, show your work.
turn key infastructure on the whole east coast. Basically what UAL has tried and failed (reason their interest in merging in the past) And something AA would probably like also....
Next...
So you're junior to me then.
Yet you believe and quote Parker when he says AWA was going to be BK and we would be on the street.'

Now you believe Kirby.. You are truly funny
It would likely go along fleet lines? What is the company accepted system seniority list? Man you need an education! MM!Turn key infrastructure that is now owned and operated by LCC, a Delaware corporation with its headquarters in Tempe Arizona (not "the east") and if a fragmentation were to occur , it would likely go along fleet lines, (who has half the 320 fleet?).
Oh, and what is the only company accepted system seniority list at LCC?
PS...if you have an AAA hire date of March '87 like End-of-ALPA...you are pretty junior in the fragmentaion scenario.

I DO have a March 1987 hire date. Accepted. Not implimented. Well be in court for quite sometime. Get used to it.Turn key infrastructure that is now owned and operated by LCC, a Delaware corporation with its headquarters in Tempe Arizona (not "the east") and if a fragmentation were to occur , it would likely go along fleet lines, (who has half the 320 fleet?).

Here is an undisputed fact. Lee sesham fought tooth and nail to keep the dj from being heard. He failed. Once again. No matter how the dj comes out, lee sesham is responsible for keeping all of you on LOA93 for a year longer than you would have in any circumstance. What is that? 35k for captains and something slightly less for fo's?Just a couple of days ago the West was rejoicing about Silver's decision to hear the Company's DJ... but they failed to understand a key premise. Silver acknowledges what the 9th said.... The Nic is a bargaining position and there ain't no thing such as a so-called accepted seniority list. The company has been ordered by the 9th to bargain seniority with USAPA, so says the company, and so agrees Silver, otherwise there would be no need for a DJ. The fact that you are getting negative comments from east posters shows that this thing is being driven by the junior core of pilots who were furloughed for a good portion of their careers, yet decided to tough it out hoping to one day recover what they have lost.
I can't really say that I blame the west for digging in their heals. It is the east who has pounded them for years now, enduring the name calling, and the bullying with Rico suits and such. This latest loss by Seham sheds some more light on the position the courts might take. Combine that with the way you (the east collectively) have treated the west and you've given them little reason to not follow through.
How many times can you be wrong let me count the ways.Just a couple of days ago the West was rejoicing about Silver's decision to hear the Company's DJ... but they failed to understand a key premise.
