Actually SPORT it will be fixed, by BIG MONEY INTERESTS in this venture, long before court intervention, take it to the bank, our little seniority debacle has always been the deversion tactic by TEMPE, "yes we know you think with EBERWHOEVER, you have an inside trak, but hey "their are always people in the know"! I don't think one East person should have been able to come to PHX and take anyones, seat from them and I'm sure most would agree, but the same applies to us out here. You kids will have the whole airline soon if your management does not run this place in the ground.

Trouble is, you gave us your high costs. Phoenix can't survive with what you (US Air) has done to us cost-wise. Heck, US Air can't survive with US Air's costs. The only thing keeping this going is bankruptcy rates for 2/3rds of the pilots and luggage fees.
