I'm not buying into anything. USAPA is a leaky union. ALPA was a leaky union. There are ALWAYS people on the other side willing to pass along information. All I will say is that, honestly...you are wrong on this, Move. You are buying into what management has put out.
This was, and continues to be, an organized work action. And in the grandest of stupid moves, you guys put in on display with your lanyards and highlighters. That data that you so conveniently ignore has some teeth with the courts and if you guys got your heads out of your asses and actually read something you'd see that as well. And you don't think I have a ton of friends over there? I know just as much if not more of what goes on over there than most easties.
There is so much crap that you guys don't know about that the company has stuffed in their back pockets waiting to use when it feels the need to. We are, more or less, at-will employees at this point. Once this injunction comes in, you're going to see some nasty stuff come down on USAPA. If you don't think these guys were going to eventually push back then you were kidding yourselves. They're pushing back and they're not going to stop until you've been completely neutered.
The only one that has bought into anything here is you. You bought into Bradford's crap and Seham helped you chase it with a tall glass of anti-Nic kool-aid. The Nic is coming, there is NO doubt about that.
BTW, if you think Wells' job is safe at this point you'd better think again. Those CVR's that you don't think the company listens to were removed and are sitting in Bular's office. Her continued employment is not a guarantee here and I can promise you she'll be used as an example down the road. Notice how quiet she's been lately? There's a reason for that.
And, as I always state, call her and ask. She's been shown exactly where the line has been drawn and she's got her toes right up against it.
