"The palace" has said the same thing from the beginning... we win. This is nothing new. The palace can feed you that line all day and it won't make it true. I've seen company officers say over and over that it's in the bag when the simple truth is, that is what they wish, not what they know.

I don't back peddle and there won't be a need to back peddle. As I've stated before, USAPA has lost. What amazes me most is that you guys don't understand that you can't win no matter which direction it goes. You lose no matter what.

And IBT NOW? Really? You think that's going to fix everything? You guys have no idea WTF you want. How pathetic. Oh, BTW, they don't want you.

And did you read the FAQ the IBT sent the Atlas guys regarding IBTs obligation to honor all arbitrations? So if you're looking for the IBT to get rid of the Nic, think again.

Come to think of it, if the Nic is dead, why do you need the IBT now?

The apollo name seems to have been banished for behavior problems. But Nos/Sum/Clax/apollo still operate from other alter egos. He thinks people are fooled by his multiple personalities. Clax is still here because he posts from a different ip address, but everyone still knows who he is. Give it time. Eventually he will land in hot water as Claxon too, his ratings will sink well into negative territory, and he will resurrect as yet another personality. It's the old story of the scorpion and the turtle. It's in his nature.

And we're buying the story of the righteous UAL pilot, whose mission is to defend the West guys! Give it up. We know you got the furlough from UAL and went to AWA. Now furloughed again. Bad move not informing the company you are on leave. Wait till that story gets out

Pilots union to judge: Ease the injunction

US Airways' pilot union is asking a federal judge in Charlotte to change an injunction that the union says is too restrictive to guarantee pilots can fly safely.

US District Court Judge Bob Conrad ordered the US Airline Pilots Association to stop an alleged work slowdown last month. The airline - which operates about 90 percent of Charlotte's daily flights - had sued the pilots union, accusing the pilots of an undercover work slowdown to delay flights and force the company into an unfavorable bargaining position.
