After all the talk about east going to AA and west to Republic, that's an about face...There are no deals with Parker. Nobody wants a merger with AA.

I agree. I also would find it hard to believe Cleary could maintain his composure if he had the biggest win for USAPA in his hip pocket. I suspect he would want to get the good news out as soon as possible to re-energize the east. Plus, he could start backing down on USAPA's legal outflows since there would no longer be a benefit to illegally opposing the NIC. For the first time USAPA could confidently put a contract out with the NIC included to satisfy the mediator that USAPA was actually working on a new contract. Of course USAPA wouldn't negotiate for rates lower than what a Kasher win yields so this places the burden back on Management to come up with something better than Kirby and Kasher. Then, even if a TA is presented to the members which includes the NIC, the east could still vote it down having their wages already set to levels the east pilots would be satisfied with (so we are told here). There really is no downside to getting this information out if it us a win for USAPA. A loss for USAPA would be terrible news by contrast and there would be little motivation for Cleary or Management to push it out there before the last possible moment.I would think the opposite - it could be seen as gloating for the company to release a USAPA loss first. Since a company win would change nothing from the company's perspective, give USAPA some time to admit it's latest loss first.

I thought we heard exactly that a couple weeks ago.Final draft of Kasher's decision is going out in the next few days. Expect it to be leaked shortly thereafter.
Activate the east CIRP again.
That was the initial draft. The slot swap had pulled resources from the arbitration and the ESs were tough to coordinate.I thought we heard exactly that a couple weeks ago.
Sounds reasonable, but now I wonder what will disrupt it this time? After all, we've gotta hear the same #### at least a few more times. That was the initial draft. The slot swap had pulled resources from the arbitration and the ESs were tough to coordinate.
But the final draft is due shortly with one last chance to comment and out it comes.

Yeah, winning something, for once, might cause a few heart palpitations amongst the east pilots.Final draft of Kasher's decision is going out in the next few days. Expect it to be leaked shortly thereafter.

Unbiased Facts' Update (Cleary Fires Seham Before the BPR Meeting): October 20, 2011
Bingo! Ding ding.A thought just occurred to me. If a website promoting an agenda calls itself "Unbiased", isn't rhat site already demonstrating a built in bias that supports their underlying agenda and the reason they exist?

Sorta like having "Oxy" for a first name. There is only one logical last name!
I thought that was Lush Rimbaugh's drug of choice.I'm guessing you mean oxycontin right?

Wrong!!!!However when someone who has a chronic injury becomes addicted, I'll cut a little slack. Rush and my former Sister-in-law fall into the latter category.
