I don't think a court can "instruct" them to use NIC or DOH or any other method. The entire contract is negotiable, page 1 to the very end......yep just like crew meals, scope, pay rates, vacation, sick, etc...........

Okay, I am not buying it, you east folks cannot be this dense.

Have any of you seen crew meals, scope, pay rates, vacation, etc...mentioned in the TA?

Seniority, however is specifically mentioned in th TA. The process for combining our seniority was followed, as per the TA, The company accepted the results of that process, as per the TA.

A court most certainly can tell both usapa and the company which method to use, and usapa knows it. As a matter of fact, a court has already issued an injunction once, ordering usapa to use the Nic.

If there is ever another injunction it will order usapa and the company not only to use the Nic, it will also include the dollar amounts each owes to the West pilot class for their breach of contract and DFR.

That is why the company will not touch DOH. The company knows what the TA says, they know what they signed, they know the intent, cause and consequences regarding the TA.

So I am no longer buying the BS line from east posters that you truely believe you are getting DOH. It has become painfully obvious that usapa's only game plan is delay.

Now if usapa could only figure away to delay a contract and get better pay. hhmmm... I wonder if usapa is stupid enough to believe it has a chance of winning the LOA93 arbitration. I really doubt they are that dumb either. I mean why bother marching around in circles in BOS and PHL doing info picketing for a new contract, when LOA84 pay restoration is right around the corner.

Yep, usapa is a sly dog. Nobody can be that ignorant.

Ok do you have solid proof that any of these pilots abused sick time? If not then you owe them an apology for your slanderous comment be it North South east or West pilot. I think you may need a break from the boards as your emotional rants are getting out of control.

There were a lot of pilots hired at that time. Do you have a point?
 
Is this the very best you have to offer?? You cant make an intelligent arguement so you resort to past issues with other pilots that resulted in their getting what ever they got?? I had hoped that stating your crash and kill record would be enough to end this BS but I see you HAVE to continue. Yeah I could bring up the fact that just a couple of months ago and east pilot pervert was snapping shots of a little girls snatch in the airport with his camara phone!!

AWA came to your aid when NO ONE ELSE WOULD!!! Instead of being thankful that you can still eat and feed your family you're an ungreatful a$$! There is no arguement that you will be able to make that will reslut in your being able to staple the minority. We had a deal we honored our part the decision was made and it produced and award. The company accepted that award and they will either honor it or we will put them out of business with law suits, your choice! One would think by now you would have figured out that we aint playing! Now let me make this part crystal clear to you so there is no mistake, I am 44 yrs old which means I have 21yrs left in this game. I can afford to sue until LCC until it is liquidated and I am just one over a thousand in my age group that thinks this very way. I have no problems doing this and then getting on with SWA, FED UPS or who ever in the next 5 yrs and STILL have pleanyt of time to recoup after starting over! Keep up your BullSht and watch and see if I'm joking!!
