DFR depends on the final outcome. We don't know what that is or when it will happen. There is no DFR as of yet.

This is very true and why you seem to keep trying to put yourself there is beyond belief. I for one would much rather allow usapa to put together their DOH contract and allow it to be voted on by the majority (EAST). There we would have whats known as hook, line and sinker!!! The company is unwilling to go that route. Further if it were as cut and dry as your leash handlers would have you believe then you would be under a DOH contact today now wouldnt you??

Again, there is no DFR, There may be no DFR no matter what method of seniority is used. The bridge hasn't been crossed yet.

Ok humor me for a minute here. You state Douglas doesnt want a contract thus he's stalling. Now wouldnt it be much cheaper for the company to negotiate and just say no to the sections it didnt like?? I mean going the DJ route this early would appear to be premature if in fact you are correct about his stalling...

Believe me, your contract over at UAL was nothing to crow about either. We shall see about the LOA 93. We aren't sweating ANY of the Nic stuff. The senior west guys are probably getting seriously sick of the junior guys holding them up on a 330 bid too. Some of them could hold it, but the way things are going, they will never see it. Throwing the BS flag on this one.Either you have no clue or you are outright lying.

From the last bid award the junior captain on the 330 is PHL seniority number 452. The most senior west pilot adjusted for today would sit number 697. 245 number from holding bottom 330 captain.

So your BS, BS does not hold up to the facts. Show us what west captain could hold a 330 captain position? Come on you made the statement.

I can tell you without question I have not heard one capt over here say anything about giving up on the Nicolau to commute to PHL to fly the wide body.

Warm up is not the correct choice of words. The DFR claim had some issues that were not at all completely clear. There were statue of limitation issues and rather than test and see if the statue had run out it would be prudent to just file the case and end all doubt. Now there is nothing about the law thats cheap and lawsuits are always going to be expensive.

Here is the thing that should be more important to you than what the west pays its legal staff. The US 9th Circuit court of appeals issued its opinion with some very telling words. It wrote basically either usapa negoitate properly or face a ripe claim. So how does usapa negotiate properly without getting itself sued and LCC enjoined? It honors its obligation under the arbitration or it faces lawsuits. Now that usapa has taken away the ability for the west to negotiate it holds the burden of trying to ride the fences. Usapa knows it cant get out of the arbitration and it also knows the east would have a fit if it accepts the NIC award so basically its skunked either way. I understand that usapa is trying to save face but at what cost?

These guys didnt get flight pay loss they did this all on their own. You know if you are just going to make up lies as you go along why not make them more interesting? The emotions you exhibit are profound. When the loa93 loss comes in and you stop lying to yourself about the nic you are going to be one sad puppy.

Ok do you have solid proof that any of these pilots abused sick time? If not then you owe them an apology for your slanderous comment be it North South east or West pilot. I think you may need a break from the boards as your emotional rants are getting out of control.

PBS bidding. You can put 2 weeks together without using vacation. But you guys know better than us right. Paper bidding is so modern. Stuck in the 50's boys.
