What I would like USAPA to publicly release is the confidential portion of East MEC's Salamatt Report. Why can't we see that? Oh yea...the East MEC would not release the information because they believed it would hurt their lawsuit in D.C. Superior Court. What we do know is that the non-confidential section, before the age-60 retirement age changed, said no East pilot on the property at the time of the merger would see their narrowbody Group II Captain upgrade delayed by more than 1-year. In Ron's case the upgrade delay was even less.

The East is going to be horrified when they finally pull their collective heads out of their asses and discover how many hundreds of millions...possibly a BILLION dollars in lost pay they sacrificed for essentially nothing. Sallamatt's report highlights just how UN-HARMED the East was by Nic.

The report was buried. We all know why.

USAPA WILL GO DOWN IN HISTORY AS THE SINGLE LARGEST SELF-INFLICTED WOUND TO EVER HIT ORGANIZED LABOR.

Typical west behavior, run their mouth about things not said. I don't see a single post pro or con about what was in the mailing, just someone wondering how they got their address and how much it must have cost. Those were my thoughts as it is very professionally done, I've never had any mailing from AOL before, and I always wonder how my address makes it on the many things that appear in my mailbox.

GOOD, They deserve it. They wasted time and money on failure after failure and now I can bet they will come running saying ok the Nic is the list lets get that contract. Nope not interested now I think 5 more years of LOA 93 pay rates and the retirement of many under that contract are a minimum starting point.
