Well it sure seems like it's all over for the westies with that last court display, they are in debt quite a few dollars for that incompetent law firm they used. Rumor is now that AOL is going after the law firm for being incompetent. Donations are dropping quite a bit due to most of the pilots now feel Furguson has been neutered (again). It's time to get that DOH list in place and get a contract. Remember you can keep the law suits coming for a few more years and throw you money away or just be patient you own the airline in that same time. I'm glad to see most of you realize that now.
Does the core group of the west want to keep supporting a second rate law firm? Maybe they will switch to another firm? One thing for sure, Big Mac's instead
of Mortons and really that Kia isn't that bad of a car.

Guys, an attack is an attack. I don't have to explain my entire history to anyone, but I NEVER lied to anyone on this board. At the time I said I was not employed at USAir, I was not. There was a time period that I would not have been able to return to employment as an airline pilot. I can tell you that there are several thousand Americans that appreciate what I was doing at the time, maybe even some of YOUR relatives. Now, if anyone wants to compare past accomplishments in a civilized manner, that might be another thing.
And yes, Veterans Day and Memorial Day carry special significance in my household.
