For anyone interested, I found a pretty good primer on Rule 11 of the FCRP. Kinda gives some info on what Rule 11 entails and what some of the sanctions can be:

I still haven't seen or read exactly what is going on with this, but hopefully it will be public knowledge soon.

I asked you the questions first, answering them with more questions is evasive at best.

You sure seem to have a lot documents and thing just hanging around. Oh by the way. Those two documents that you posted. No court stamps. (oops missed that little detail did you) So you did not get them through the normal public method. Did Seham hand these to you or did you get them from comm to post? Don't you have anything better to do with the pilots money than engage in internet trash talk?

Talk about being a shill. Folks we got a usapa shill right here. So whenever you read something from sumadarson. Understand that it is usapa spin from the inside.

It is public knowledge. I suggest that you contact sumadarson and ask him to post it to the usapa web site. He seems to have the inside documents.

The emotions. You worked for Piedmont airlines and at that time they acquired Empire airlines and put all their pilots on the bottom of the list. You are on this board complaining about pilots that did the same thing that you were part of, no conditions and restrictions, protections, nada. Things happen in the past but only a hypocrite comes on and does what you are doing beside disrupting two groups discussion that you have noting to do with.

Was BB on the merger committee at the time? Because according to usapa theory mergers only apply to the MC. So as a line pilot he had nothing to do with it and does not have to live under it. But that is just usapa theory. I guess you are saying that is wrong now. That it does apply and line pilots do have a say.

With all due respect, what is exactly false about my last post? You reply but never answer the questions. You are evading questions period. Then your anger takes you to a point were you are insulting me not answering me. Calm down, read your last few posts please.
