You have a thing called "claims"?

Hey you are the guy that said he is all okay with LOA93, but then you complain about having to work under it and folllow its rules.

When my schedule gets all "jacked up", I don't file a claim...I get paid time and a half.

Keep enjoying that LOA93 gig.
Claims, just another thing we have. Like the bid sheet and SAP. We don't do Pref bidding. Never will. Just one more part of the beauty of separate ops. Like the 76 and 330. And this latest deal with Silver just keeps it all going. 😀

You go ahead and enjoy what you think is a spanking. It just puts your plans off by years. I am fine with that. And after the Arizona judges finishing musing about something they have no clue about, they get spanked by the Harvard educated clerks who actually know their jobs, not just get appointed by a political hack. When the law meets the road, we know what happens. Leonidas and Wake get spanked at the end of the road. They may revel in the local perceived victory, only to be overturned by the people who actually administer justice. That is the funniest part of all. One can only wonder what the clerks in SF think when they read the Leonidas/Wake/Silver ideas. The Silver musings are a clue as to what is coming. She can go off ruminating about the west. The fact is, it is an internal union affair. Stick your nose in it, and you get what Wake got. PS Has judge Silver started losing sleep like Wake did? That was the classic line when that idiot went off on that. Imagine, a Federal Judge, driving off the judicial road as a favor to Bobby Baldock and talking about it in court! Admitting he couldn't sleep because as learned sholars stated "the trial had become a HOBBY for the judge!!!! Then the ultimate happens! A Federal AZ judge gets blasted by a bunch of first and second year clerks doing the heavy lifting for the 9th Court of Appeals San Francisco. Wake must have crapped himself when he read that admonishment of his reckless behavior! And Koontz and Leonidas actually refer to this debacle today! That is how bad your advice is. How could you even refer to that case that was ERASED?

Wow...do you have a completely different memory of this than me.

As I recall events, the 9th said..."not ripe".

Oh, and they threw in some of their reasoning as to why it is not ripe, and the rest of the majority opinion dealt mostly with the dissenting judge who happened to agree with Judge Wake. So we had two federal judges say usapa is scum, and two saying ummm.."not ripe" and no comment on the scum part ...yet!

You have completely lost it Swan. You are accusing federal judges of doing "a favor" instead of recusing themselves. You are accusing federal judges of denying justice in order to satisfy some sort of local allegiance.

Addington was not erased. It was dismissed, remember, 9th circuit....expensive trial....Seeham gets rich....? It is in the history books and can be referenced at will.

As far as what the 9th's clerks think...they probably think something like...those scabs at usapa are macking a mockery of unionism, but just like we have to allow pornography to keep free speach, we have to stay on the brightline test of CBA ratification for a DFR. I wonder if the clerks would like to see usapa get that CBA passed and then handed their asses in a "Painfully ripe DFR".

Let me give you the Cliff Notes then, since you seem to have a different recollection: Erased, UNRIPE.Expensive? Not for us. You? Absolutely. Talk to Koontz aboout that one. Is there anything else? Seeing how it went nowhere with regard to the Nic, and nobody cares what the dissenting judge said(kind of what the losing team in the super bowl said) It is over, and done with. Wake was a buffoon, and it was verified by the 9th.And Bobby Baldock going on a web board about how his daddy the judge golfed with Wake. A Federal Judge gets ripped by a bunch of clerks in SF. A bunch of clerks who have actually rec'vd a legal education, not a hack appointed by a President as a favor to someones daddy. That start by Judge Silver was not very good. She can interject her opinion all she wants, but if it doesn't have any legal standing, she will meet the Wake fate. It is that simple.

But you just said you have no claims, because they get denied???

Yeah, that 76 and 330 are quit the deal for you guys, what does that pay, like 3 times 190 pay??

Here is another kick in the butt, in 2009, since the company screwed up and allegedly over paid me, I probably made more than your LOA93, bid sheet, SAP, 330 captains.

Oh...and I did it with 4 and 1/2 weeks vacation!!

Dude, you are funny! (And by your tone, obviously scared about the ominous signs going forward.) You easties are finding out that blind faith in a stupid lawyer and one pissed off scraggly- haired first officer perhaps wasn't a good idea after all.

I'm lovin' it!!!

Seeing how you got a "victory" with Silver- now that a contract is 5-10 yrs out-how do you file a DFR when there is no contract?

Are you talking about Koontz and the chick who went off on Parker with her kid standing at her feet? That was embarassing for everybody. Ominous signs? This is just like Wake and his circus. A judge starting in over her head in labor law, ruminating about pilots. Then a bunch of misguided pilots actually believe it is going to stand! Seeham set the entire deal up for appeal and let that whacked judge dig his own grave. We all knew Wake went overboard. The entire script was being written for the appeal, and Wake was clueless. Silver? Sounds like she had lunch with his eminence Wake for a workup. Let's hope she listens to cooler heads who actually know the law, not just hold disjointed opinions that can't stand the heat in San Fran.

SWAN, Imagine the airline staying together for 3 years, not, Anyone taken a good look at the economy and oil lately? SWA and AIRTRAN putting pressure on the rest of the industry, And attrition EAST for 3 years, heck, NIC4 enjoy your vaca buddy! MM!

You need another idea for the badgebackers. Hold off for the 2020 version. That will most likely be your first crack at DFR 2. Back to the Silver Badgebacker. Fitting, seeing how she has your fate again for a long, long time.

In April of '10 I did the all nighter in CLT. We're waiting for the hotel van and the captain strikes up a conversation with an East 76 captain. They wound up comparing W2s and sure enough, my captain made more. And the guy I was flying with was not a time whore. He just flew the line awarded each month. I don't recall what the 76 captain did - sit reserve or what. But I do remember that he was shocked by my captain's W2.

You mentioned one poster 5 times in less than an hour. What's with your obsession for all things United? Especially with someone who ignores you and clearly has no interest in anything coming from your mouth. Are you really that desperate for attention?
Yes. He is.

Do me a favor. Next time you converse with him, tell the lackey that I'm still waiting to hear from HR about his threats. See if he still remembers my comments about him being part of a group who protects a pedophile.
