You guys seem unusually wound up and ready to blow a gasket at anything. I feel sorry for the people you live with, they must have to walk on egg shells around you.

In case you haven't noticed, the east pilots are taking action to try and get management off their butts and do something......we're not just complaining. In comparison, your powderkeg is a dud. USAPA has nothing to do with this.....it's grass roots.

I really hope you guys keep the pressure on too.....maybe we can move things along.

Did Tempe violate the RLA, utilize illegal dual unionism practices, violate West pilots rights within the grievence process? Did Tempe file any frivolous lawsuit, seek terminations, falsly label anybody as felons? How many West pilots has Tempe tried get fired for speaking out against usapa, itself another violation of West LMRDA rights?

You are right about the "scab" rhetoric, these maggots are lower than simple picket crossing scabs and do not deserve to be held to the same standard, so I will stop.

Fine. There might have been some unity but we have been treated by USAPA as second class citizens. Yes sir, management is taking advantage of the division. Who's fault is that? It's your club, not ours. You chose to isolate yourselves and throw our reps out, sue our pilots, try to get them fired. Not a way to build unity. It is a great way to build resentment.

You love what stuff? Resorting to childish name calling? You west posters seem to be experts at that. I've seen more playground taunts and insults on here than I've heard from actual children.

I did ask one of the westies to post the section of contract regarding re-payment and have yet to see a response. The company wasn't breaking the contract. They overpaid you and they were entitled to recoup that money a lot faster than they have. One time event or over a year...how did none of you notice you were being overpaid for a year?? I mean really?? Doug must have just been putting a little extra in your paychecks since you're the "Good Kids" out there. The company has been more than accommodating regarding this whole distance learning overpayment fiasco.

They have a history of taking "their" money back in one paycheck in other overpayment scenarios. That's just how it works sometimes.

You weren't thrown under a bus, you've been given basically 2 years to do what you wanted with money that wasn't yours to begin with. If you wanted to fund AOL with it and now find yourselves in a little hole it's not anyone's fault but your own.

I'm sure if USAPA came out and said you guys wouldn't be paid for distance learning in the future, and that you'd be "working" with out compensation...you'd all have rallied around...why can't we pay back the money? They can never do anything right in your eyes just like ALPA couldn't in the East pilots eyes.

It's about more than that, you east scabs complain about the Nic. braking the camels back of alpa, well this grievance broke the wests camels back with usapa. Did you know the company unilaterally changed the wests acars logic 3 years ago costing the west millions of dollars and the fukn scab union refuses to to expedite the arb.? I guess we are better off since the scabs would probably throw it just to hurt the west.

If the east guys can live on loa93, I'm sure you can survive on your meager paycheck until your Acars grievance is heard.
